You will need
1 cup sushi rice [ or any sticky rice ]
2 cups water
First add your water and rice to your pot. Then put your pot on to the stove on high and let ti sit for 20 minutes with the lid on.After five minutes of cooking on high put it down to low and let it sit for 10 minutes. [ Do not stir well cooking ] then put your rice on a baking sheet and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.Then cut your sushi into big squares. Then roll the squares into balls.Then cut up your fruit into small pieces and put the fruit on top of your balls of rice. enjoy!
